Hunting/Agriculture Properties

Bonavia Properties has agriculture operations based in Oregon near the towns of Ukiah and Heppner. More than 20 years ago, Bonavia Properties began acquiring distressed timber and ranching properties. Through sustainable agricultural practices, we fostered the renewal of healthy forests and grasslands. We strive to continue building a legacy as stewards of the land.

Hunting Grounds

Bonavia Properties has acquired and maintained hunting grounds in Oregon. Our Oregon hunting land provides opportunities for big game hunting. Hunt for diverse wild game including elk, deer, antelope, bear, cougars, and even the occasional bighorn sheep or Rocky Mountain goat!

Cattle

Cattle

Since the early 1990s, Bonavia Properties has continued our mission as good stewards of the land, maintaining our Oregon Charolais cattle and Angus cattle by providing them the highest quality living and grazing conditions as the cattle are bred and raised.

Charolais and Angus cattle have a relative late maturity and are well suited to fattening for finished weight and to all-purpose cross breeding. Each year, the cattle are transferred from our location in Ukiah, Oregon at the end of the warmer months to Heppner, Oregon.

Timber

Timber

Bonavia Properties also provides quality commercial timber. Our ponderosa pine timber, located in Oregon, is found in abundance in North America and is one of the most versatile types of wood. Commercial ponderosa pine is used in most phases of light construction as well as for architectural woodwork as well as for doors, molding, paneling, and other interior woodwork.
